As one of the founders of Akona IP, Alisha Feustel brings extensive experience in all aspects of intellectual property law, including prosecution and portfolio management, to the practice.

Alisha’s diverse background, which includes practicing law at one of the nation’s premier law firms and working as in-house IP counsel at multiple corporations, allows her to be an agile partner regardless of the complexities involved.

With a focus on strategically developing patent portfolios, Alisha works closely with our clients in a variety of technologies, including semiconductor device packaging, photonics, electro-optic displays, biomedical devices, biocompatible solutions, materials science, charged pigment particles, internet of things, computer architecture and processor design, cloud computing infrastructure and operations, computer memory and storage technologies, blockchain and distributed ledger technology, machine learning, and natural language processing.
