Role Description
This is a fully remote, part-time position for an experienced IP Patent Prosecution Paralegal with the opportunity to expand to full-time in the future.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and file U.S. applications and responses to office actions
- Prepare and file assignments, IDS filings, and other USPTO submissions
- Manage patent prosecution deadlines and support maintaining docketing tasks
- Assist attorneys and agents with client communications and reporting
- Coordinate with foreign associates for international filings
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as an IP Patent Prosecution Paralegal for USPTO filings
- Strong knowledge of USPTO procedures
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with PCT filings and strong knowledge of PCT procedures is a bonus
